A twist on the classic Aperol Spritz, this apple cider cocktail is the perfect drink to enjoy on a nippy autumn evening. With a whisper of sweet cinnamon and tang from the apple cider, this cocktail is sure to keep the festive spirits high.

90 ml apple cider 30 ml Aperol 1 pinch cinnamon powder 90 ml Prosecco Cinnamon stick, for garnish Apple slices, for garnish

Combine the apple cider and Aperol with the cinnamon powder in a wine glass and stir with ice.

Extract the ice cubes and top up with chilled Prosecco.
