Aperol Coconut Margarita For That Weekend Vibe

It’s always a good time for Aperol spritz and what better than to put it in one of the most deliciously tropical drinks of all time?

INGREDIENTS

60 ml tequila 30 ml Aperol 25 ml Cointreau 25 ml fresh lime juice 15 ml simple syrup 25 ml coconut milk

METHOD

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake until combined.

METHOD

Strain into a glass filled with ice.

METHOD

Garnish with a wedge of lime or a marigold flower and serve.
