Spicy and warming anjeer tea is a healthy concoction made with fig leaves, ground cinnamon, black pepper and ginger powder. Prepare it at home with this simple recipe.

1 cup water ½ to 1 tablespoon jaggery ½ teaspoon dried fig leaves ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger ⅛ teaspoon crushed black pepper

In a medium saucepan, add water and jaggery. Heat it until one boil.
