Anjeer is categorised among superfoods for its nutritional benefits. This dry fruit is a perfect addition to your traditional sweets and makes them healthier than before. Here is how you can use the ingredients to make ladoos that can be enjoyed after workouts.
250 grams of anjeer 100 grams of almonds 100 grams of cashews 50 grams of pistachios 2 tbsp ghee 1 tsp cardamom powder
Soak anjeer in water for at least 30 minutes so it softens a bit.
In a pan, dry roast almonds, pistachios, and cashews for 5-7 minutes.
Heat ghee in a non-stick pan and saute chopped anjeer.
Once anjeer softens, add coarsely ground nuts, and cardamom powder.
Grease your hands with ghee to shape this mixture into lemon-sized ladoos.
Enjoy the ladoos and store them in an airtight jar.
