Ande Ka Fanda: Make Nadan Mutta Roast At Home

Ingredients 4 eggs 4 to 5 onions Some mustard seeds   2 tomatoes 2 tsp oil 5 to 6 curry leaves  1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chili powder Pinch of sugar Salt as per taste

Step 1

Heat a pan. Add oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Step 2

 Add sliced onions and fry for a few minutes. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.

Step 3

Add sliced tomatoes and sugar Let it cook until the oil is completely absorbed. 

Step 4

Add boiled eggs in the mixture and cover it up. Let it cook until the egg side changes it colour.

Step 5

When done, serve with rice, roti or appam.
