2 eggs 1 chopped onion Handful of chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp milk Salt to taste 1/2 tsp red chili powder 2 chopped green chilies 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 1/4 tsp ghee or oil

Add two eggs in a bowl with chopped onions and chopped green chilies.

Add chopped coriander leaves, salt, red chili powder, 2 tbsp milk and mix well.

Now make dough using wheat flour and water. Roll a paratha and place it over the tawa.

Pour the egg mixture over the paratha. Place second paratha on top and cook from both sides.

When done, serve this paratha with chutney or aachar.
