Anardana Chutney: Unique Way To Amp Up Your Regular Meals

A perfect way to use up those peeled pomegranate pearls before they go bad, this chutney is a versatile one to pair with your everyday snacks! 

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup fresh pomegranate 2 green chillies-slit and deseeded 1 tsp powdered sugar 1 tsp crushed rose petals 2 tsp tamarind pulp 1 tsp aampachak Poppy seeds powder, to garnish 

Step 1

To make the chutney, first wash, peel and deseed the pomegranate. Keep the pearls aside.

Step 2

Now take rest of the ingredients, except poppy seed powder, in a bowl.  

Step 3

Grind all the ingredients together to a fine paste. Add little water. Garnish with poppy seeds powder and serve.
