Banana Kinnathappam Recipe - Make This Traditional Dessert

Ingredients

2 bananas 1 cup jaggery 1 cup grated coconut 5-6 cashew nuts 1 cumin seed 1 cup wheat flour Ghee Salt

Step 1

In a pan, add ghee and the chopped bananas. Add cashew nuts, coconut and cumin and sautee.

Step 2

Add jaggery syrup to this and mix everything. Next, add this mix to wheat flour and make a smooth batter.

Step 3

Pour the batter on banana leaves and steam in idli maker for 10-15 minutes. Let it cool, then cut and enjoy!
