Millets are trending so why don't we enjoy them by adding into some scrumptious dishes?? Recently, Chef Anahita Dhondy shared recipe of creamy mushroom millet recipe and this recipe is a steal. TAP TO VIEW THE RECIPE

2 cups mushrooms 1 packed millet pasta 1 tbsp oil 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp garlic Salt and pepper 1 tbsp millet flour (amaranth and jowar) Water as required 2/3 cup milk 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese (Also for garnish) Parsley for garnish Olive oil to drizzle

Boil water in a saucepan and season with salt. Cook the pasta as per package instructions.

Then, heat a pan and add oil and butter. Sauté garlic in it. Add the mushrooms and toss them well.

Add salt and pepper once they start slightly browning. Add the flour and butter, mix everything well so there are no lumps.

Then, add water and let it slightly evaporate as the mushrooms cook. Mix in the milk and stir well.

When the consistency is thick and creamy, add the pasta gradually. Let it simmer for 2-3 mins.

Garnish with parsley, and parmesan cheese and drizzle olive oil. Serve and enjoy.
