½ cup cocoa powder 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup buttermilk ½ tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda 1 cup unsalted butter, softened 2 cups granulated sugar 4 large eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract ½ tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (163 degrees Celsius). Prepare a Bundt pan by greasing and dusting it with flour.

Cream together the butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and creamy.

Gradually add the eggs while continuously beating after each addition. Combine with the vanilla essence.

Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.

Incorporate the dry ingredients one at a time, followed by the buttermilk, into the wet mixture. Use the dry ingredients first and then the wet ones.
