Mangoes are one of the best parts of summer that everyone looks up to. To preserve the sweetness and taste of mangoes, you can make mango jam at home and pair it with your breakfast and desserts.
Chopped mangoes - 4 cups Powdered sugar - 3 cups Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons Vanilla extract - 1 tablespoon
Start by peeling and chopping the ripe mangoes.
Heat up a pan, add the chopped mangoes and sugar, and let it simmer for about half an hour.
When you see the jam thickening, reduce the heat and let it cook for another twenty minutes.
Then, turn off the heat and some lemon juice and vanilla extract for preservation and flavour.
Once the jam is thoroughly mixed and cooled, transfer it into air-tight containers and refrigerate till you use it.
