An Easy Manchow Soup For Winter

Winter is almost here and all we need is a hot bowl of soup and nothing can go wrong with Manchow soup. Try this easy recipe and sort your Winter evenings.

Ingredients For noodles, Hakka Noodles 150 gms Salt as per taste Water for boiling Oil 1 tsp

For Vegetable stock Onion 1 cut in 4 Carrot 1 cut in 4 Cabbage Spring onion Celery leaves

For soup Oil 1 tsp Ginger garlic 2 tsp finely chopped Onions 1 finely chopped Carrot 1 finely chopped Capsicum 1 finely chopped Hand-ful of celery leaves and Spring onion leaves Lemon juice 2 tsp Vinegar 1 tsp Soya sauce 1 ½ tsp Chilli sauce 2 tsp Salt and pepper as per taste

Boil noodles with salt and oil. Deep fry them. Prepare a vegetable stock by boiling the veggies, strain the veggies and store the water. Saute mentioned veggies, add stock and let it boil. Add lemon juice, soya and chilli sauce and let it simmer for 6-7 minutes. Add salt and pepper and serve hot with fried noodles
