Love adding cheese to your food? Here is an easy recipe to make it at home.

1-gallon whole milk ¼ cup white vinegar 1 pinch salt

In a pot, heat milk until it reaches 195 degrees F, stirring constantly. Next, switch off the heat and stir in vinegar. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Then mix salt into milk.

Line a mesh strainer with cheesecloth and keep it over a bowl. Pour the milk through the strainer and let it strain for 1 hour.

Shape the cheese into a ball and remove the cheesecloth.
