1 cup all-purpose flour 1 tbsp oil For stuffing 1 boiled potato 1/2 onion 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/4 tsp coriander leaves 1/2 green chilli 1/4 tsp red chilli powder 1 pinch chaat masala Salt as required

For Dough 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp sugar 2 tbsp yoghurt (curd) 1/4 tsp baking soda 2 tsp refined oil 2 tsp lukewarm milk

In a large bowl, sieve the flour with baking powder, baking soda, curd, refined oil, sugar, and salt. Mix well using your hands.

Add warm milk to flour and knead the mixture. When done, cover the dough with damp cloth and keep it aside.

For stuffing, mash boiled potatoes and add chopped onions, green chillies and all the spices. Mix the mixture and salt.

Take a dough portion and roll it into a ball. Flatten the ball and add potato stuffing. Seal the kulcha and roll into a paratha.

Cook paratha over medium flame until it turns crispy and golden brown. Serve with Amritsari Chole and serve!
