Move over fruits and veggies, this simple and flavorful chutney requires only a handful of spices besides Amchoor
1/2 Cups amchoor (dried mango) powder 1/4 cups jaggery or brown sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp roasted cumin powder 1/4 cup water
Mix amchoor powder, jaggery, salt, red chili powder, and roasted cumin powder in a bowl.
Add water to the mixture and stir well until everything is well combined.
Pour the mixture into a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stir constantly.
Once done, remove the chutney from heat and let it cool to room temperature. Serve with your favourite snacks.
