Enjoy the rainy season with these crisp puris stuffed with a savoury potato and onion mixture. On a gloomy day, cuddle up with a plate of these warm and satisfying puris with a cup of tea and some tangy chutney.
Mix mashed potatoes, chopped onions, green chilies, and spices in a bowl.
Knead dough using wheat flour, adding water and salt and the potato mix.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into puris.
Deep fry the puris until golden brown. Serve hot with chutney or yogurt. Enjoy!
