Aloo methi paratha in winter is a soulful indulgence for every person who loves to devour stuffed flatbread. It is delicious and nutritious too. If you have been looking for a recipe, try this easy one.
¼ cup curd 1 bunch of methi leaves 2 tbsp sesame ½ tsp turmeric, chilli powder ½ tsp salt, cumin powder 2 chopped chillies 2 cup wheat flour Water for kneading ¾ garam masala 2 potatoes ¼ tsp ajwain 2 tsp oil
Add ajwain and salt to the water. Knead it into a dough and grease it with oil.
Boil potatoes and mash them with chopped methi leaves.
Sprinkle all the spices along with salt to taste and combine the mixture well.
Roll pedas of the dough, add the aloo-methi mixture in the middle and seal the edges.
Dust the ball with dry atta and flatten it using the rolling pin.
Roast the aloo methi paratha on both sides and enjoy it with curd and pickle.
