Aloo Ka Halwa: Soothing And Simple

Ingredients

3 large potatoes 1 tbsp ghee 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup milk 1/2 tbsp chopped cashews   1/4 tbsp chopped almonds   A pinch of cardamom powder 1/2 tbsp raisins 

Step 1

Take potatoes and boil them. Peel the skin of potatoes and mash them using hands. 

Step 2

Heat a pan and add ghee. Add the mashed potatoes and roast them for 2 to 4 minutes. 

Step 3

Add sugar, milk as well as raisins. Mix well and let it cook for 10 more minutes. 

Step 4

Add in cardamom and mix well. Turn off the flame and add cashews and almonds. Serve!
