Almond Milkshake: A Healthy Morning Drink To Boost Your Energy

Made with almonds, black cardamom and saffron, this drink can keep you energetic for the whole day.

Ingredients

2 cups full fat milk 3 tablespoons sugar 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract 1 teaspoon pure almond extract 2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Step 1

Boil the milk and chill for 3-4 hours. Blanch 15 almonds in hot water for five minutes.

Step 2

Take peeled almonds, sugar and vanilla in a mixer jar along with 1/4 cup milk and blend to a smooth paste.

Add ice cream, remaining milk and blend again until frothy.
