These slender treats offer a nutty indulgence that captivates the senses in every crispy bite. Ideal for a comforting snack or an accompaniment to your favourite hot beverage.

5 tbsp Soft Butter (75 grams) 2.5 tbsp Powdered Sugar (35 grams) ¾ cup flour, Maida (100 grams) 1.5 tbsp Almond Powder (10 grams) 1.5 tbsp finely chopped almond
Cream butter and sugar until pale and fluffy. Add maida, almond powder and knead into a soft dough.
Roll out the dough between 2 sheet of butter paper until 1cm thick rectangle. Place chopped almonds on top and roll out once more.
Chill the dough for 1-2hours. Cut into 1 cm wide sticks. Now Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 12-15minutes.
