All You Have To Know About The Spiciest Aachar of India

Aachar, being the most common item found in every household in India, has different tastes like sour, sweet, tangy and spicy too. But let’s bring you to India’s Spiciest Aachar Bhut Jolokia
As the name sounds, it is not everyone’s cup of tea to have this particular Aachar which Originated from the Jungles of Nagaland
The plant used in this Achar which is also called Bhut Jolokia belongs to the Chiili Family and is termed ‘Raja Mircha or King of Chillies’
This Chilli has also received GI tag from London. Consuming it raw may be dangerous and hence so people prepare pickles to enjoy it. Here is a quick recipe
Ingredients:
250 gm Bhut Jolokia
1/2 tsp ground fenugreek seeds
2 tbsp juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp ground mustard seeds
1/2 tsp powdered turmeric
1 cup mustard oil
Note: Please use gloves when working with Bhut Jolokia.
Chop Bhut Jolokia finely. Heat mustard oil and keep aside till it is back to room temperature. Add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, turmeric, lemon juice and salt.
Add the chopped chillies and let the chillies soak in at least for a week. Shake and use when in need
