4 large potatoes 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder Salt to taste Oil for deep frying

First, peel and thinly slice 4 large potatoes. Wah them with cold water and pat dry. Heat vegetable oil for deep frying.

Fry the potato slices until golden brown and crispy. Drain excess oil on paper towels.

In a bowl, mix 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp each of turmeric, cumin, coriander and salt to taste.

While the chips are hot, sprinkle the spice mix evenly and toss gently. Let them cool before serving.
