Named after the famous Algonquin Hotel in New York City, which was known as a "dry" hotel well before Prohibition, the Algonquin cocktail is a great whiskey martini with a little tropical flair.
1 1/2 oz blended whiskey 1 oz dry vermouth 1 oz pineapple juice
To start with, add ice in a cocktail shaker and combine all the ingredients.
Shake them well with ice.
Now simply strain contents into a cocktail glass, and serve chilled
