Enjoy your Friday evening cocktail with a healthy and delicious seafood snack that is low on oil but high on taste and perfectly crunchy.

250 grams squid rings ½ cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 2 teaspoons black pepper powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder Salt, to taste Oil, for brushing

Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl while you preheat the air fryer to 190 degrees Celsius.

Add the squid rings and toss in the dry mixture and use a fork to place each ring in the parchment lined air fryer.

Brush with some oil on top and cook for 2 minutes on each side before repeating until done.

Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon and some garlic mayonnaise on the side.
