Doughnuts are loved all over the world for being a delicious and indulgent sweet treat. But deeping frying them at home can be a hassle. That's where this simple air-fryer recipe will come in handy for speedy treats anytime.
1 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup milk 1 egg 1 tablespoon melted butter 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Cooking spray 1/2 cup powdered sugar (optional)
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined and preheat the air fryer to 175°C.
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Using a spoon, drop the doughnut batter into the air fryer basket.
Air fry the doughnuts for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown on both sides, flipping them halfway through cooking.
Cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
