Air Fried Chocolate Biscuit Recipe, A Last Minute Serving Solution

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1/2 cup butter, softened 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Step 1

In a bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

Step 3

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Take small portions of the dough and shape them into balls. Place them on a parchment-lined tray, leaving some space between each.

Step 5

Place the tray in the preheated air fryer. Air fry the biscuits for 8-10 minutes at 180°C or until the edges are set. Note that the exact time may vary based on your air fryer.

Once done, remove the biscuits from the air fryer and allow them to cool on a wire rack. They will firm up as they cool. Enjoy your delicious air-fried chocolate biscuits!
