Adrak chai, with its blend of ginger and tea, is the perfect winter comfort drink. Its spicy kick and soothing aroma make it ideal for chilly days, helping boost immunity while keeping you warm and cosy.
1 ½ cups water 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger 1 tsp tea leaves ½ cup milk Sugar or honey
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
Add the grated ginger and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes, allowing the ginger flavour to infuse.
Add the tea leaves to the water. Let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes for a stronger flavour.
Pour in the milk and allow the tea to simmer on low heat for an additional 2-3 minutes until it reaches your preferred strength.
Add sugar or honey to taste, stirring well.
Strain the tea into cups and enjoy your Adrak Ki Chai hot!
