Tea Is Healthier Than Coffee

We know in the tea vs coffee debate, this is one point all tea lovers pledge with. But it's so NOT true! Both tea and coffee contain caffeine and different bodies metabolize caffeine in different ways. Both of them have equal health benefits while 3+ cups of both per day is harmful.

Tea Doesn't Go Bad

This one might be a heartbreak to those tea collectors but the more light and air hits your tea, the faster it will stale out. It loses its flavor and sometimes, gets moldy.
