Bhel puri is a popular street food that is not only delicious but also a healthy alternative to fried and spicy dishes. It helps to curb cravings without destroying your appetite for an actual meal. Try this tangy chutney recipe to make your batch tastier.
5-6 green chillies 1 tsp chaat masala 1 cup coriander leaves 2 ginger slices ¼ cup pudina Salt to taste 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp roasted coriander powder 2 tbsp lemon juice 2-3 cloves of garlic 1 tsp mango pickle
Wash coriander and mint leaves thoroughly to remove dirt and grime.
Wash green chillies, remove their heads, and keep them aside.
In a skillet, dry roast coriander powder before adding it to the grinder.
Add all the ingredients in a grinder and blend them into a coarse paste.
Add a tablespoon of oil and switch on the machine for 5 seconds.
The chutney is ready to be added over bhel puri. Enjoy!
