Have you tried adai dosa? It is a perfect dish to prepare for breakfast or as an evening snack. Rich in protein, it is healthy and can help curb cravings without loading your body with expensive supplements.
¼ cup chana, toor dal 1-inch ginger ¾ cup rice 2 tbsp urad, moong dal ½ tsp salt 1 chopped onion ⅛ tsp hing 2 tbsp coriander leaves 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 tbsp oil 3-4 dry red chillies
Rinse lentils thrice and soak them in fresh water with red chillies for 4 hours.
Blend them into a thick batter and leave it aside to ferment for another 4 hours.
Heat oil in a pan and saute chopped onions, hing, salt, and coriander leaves. Add this to the batter.
Spread the batter on a hot skillet and let the dosa cook.
Add ghee across its edges so you can flip the dosa without hassle.
Enjoy the dosa with chutney or sambar.
