This one is a cocktail you would have never thought of! A sweet surprise you didn’t know you needed.
45ml Absinthe 7.5ml Sugar Syrup Mint leaves Soda, to top up
Add the Absinthe and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously then strain into an ice-filled rock glass.
Top up with a couple of dashes of chilled water, garnish with a mint sprig, and serve chilled.
