Aamras Shrikhand Recipe: Must Have For The Season

Ingredients

2 cups curd 1 cup mango pulp ½ cup mango cubes ¼ cup powdered sugar 2 tbsp saffron milk ¼ tsp cardamom powder 1 tbsp almonds   1 tbsp pistachios   

Step 1

Take thick curd and whisk it into a smooth paste. 

Step 2

Add mango pulp, powdered sugar and cardamom powder. Also, add saffron milk.

Step 3

Add sugar and mix well. Add, chopped almonds and pistachios. 

Step 4

Mix well and pour the shrikhand into a bowl.

Step 5

Garnish with mango cubes and serve!
