Aam Papad Recipe: To Bring Back The Childhood

Ingredients

3 mangoes (ripen) 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 tsp ghee 1 tsp cardamom powder (optional) 

Step 1

First, extract the mango pulp while discarding the seeds. Blend the mango pulp into a smooth paste. 

Step 2

Heat a pan and add the mango pulp. Add sugar and let it cook. Make sure you keep stirring the mixture. 

Step 3

When the mixture thickens, add cardamom powder and again mix. Now, take a tray and pour the mixture into it. 

Step 4

Spread it evenly and let the mixture cool. Then, keep the tray for sun drying for a day or two. 

Step 5

When done, cut the aam papad using knife into strips and roll them. Enjoy!
