A Taste of Autumn: Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl Recipe

A pumpkin pie smoothie bowl is a delicious blend of pumpkin puree, spices, and yoghurt or milk, served in a bowl. Topped with granola, nuts, and a dollop of yoghurt, it's a delightful autumn-inspired breakfast or snack.

Ingredients 

2 frozen bananas 3 tbsp pumpkin purée ½ tsp pumpkin spice 1 tsp nut butter (e.g. almond or hazelnut) a splash of plant milk Toppings: granola, more nut butter & banana, berries

Step 1

Combine all the components in a powerful blender or food processor. Blend until you achieve a smooth texture. Don't forget to periodically scrape the sides. If the consistency falls short of your preference, simply introduce more milk.

Next, transfer the blended smoothie into a bowl that suits your preference and garnish it with various toppings. Think berries, extra banana, and a dollop of nut butter – or feel free to get creative and include whatever delights your taste buds. Savour every bite!
