As summers heat up we can't help but feel nostalgic about the snacks we loved as children. This cocktail takes the flavours of peru and the kick of chilli and turns it into a grown-up version of your favourite roadside snack,
60 ml white rum 120 ml guava juice 15 ml lime juice 15 ml agave syrup 1/4 tsp chili powder Ice Guava slice and chili pepper for garnish
In a cocktail shaker, combine the white rum, guava juice, lime juice, agave syrup, and chili powder.
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
Dampen the rim of the glass and press it gently into some chilli powder.
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a slice of guava and a chilli pepper and enjoy chilled.
