The actor began his weight-loss journey at 140 kgs and managed to reduce 50 kgs in 4 years through a proper diet and exercise routine.
The Mubarakan actor’s diet comprises of four meals a day which are a combination of protein and fibre.
His breakfast usually consists of egg whites or a healthy smoothie which keeps him full for longer.
He prefers a simple, homely meal packed with dal, a vegetable and bajra roti to keep him active throughout the day.
A combination of quinoa and fish is generally dinner for Arjun. He avoids heavy meals at night and focuses on lean meats like chicken.
Arjun believes in healthy snacking due to which his menu comprises of turkey lettuce wraps or protein pancakes. He abstains from carbs and sugary foods.
While following a regular diet and exercise routine, he cheats once in while with butter chicken, pizza or momos.
