A walnut smoothie is a nutritious and delicious drink, packed with the goodness of bananas, dates, and cocoa powder. This quick and easy recipe is perfect for a refreshing and healthy treat.
1 cup + ½ cup milk 1 large banana ½ cup walnuts 3 to 4 large Medjool dates, pitted (adjust for sweetness) 2 tbsp. cocoa powder ½ tsp. vanilla extract
Add chopped walnuts, pitted dates, cocoa powder, and sliced banana to the blender. Pour in 1 cup + ½ cup milk and vanilla extract.
Blend until the mixture is uniformly smooth and creamy. Use soft Medjool dates for better blending.
Soften dates first if using the drier Noor variety.
Serve immediately and enjoy the fresh, nutty flavour.
