Bananas, which are usually considered to be a great pre-workout snack, are also impeccable ingredients for desserts. If you love bananas, you should definitely try making sweet banana cupcakes as a mid-day snack or for your evening chai.
Maida - 2 cups Milk - 1/2 cup Mashed bananas - 1.5 cups Sugar - 1 cup Butter - 1/2 cup Eggs - 2 Baking soda - 1 teaspoon Salt - 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Preheat the oven and grease the cupcake moulds, and set them aside till you make the batter.
Mix maida, baking soda, and salt together.
In another bowl, whisk eggs, butter, sugar, mashed bananas, and milk till it’s consistent.
Mix the dry and wet ingredients together to get a batter and pour it into cupcake moulds.
Bake for about 20 minutes and let them cool before icing the cupcakes.
