A Quick And Healthy Raw Papaya Salad Recipe

If you’re looking for a quick, healthy, and flavourful dish, raw papaya salad is a perfect choice. With its refreshing crunch and tangy dressing, it’s a great addition to any meal. 

Ingredients

1 medium raw papaya, peeled and shredded 1 small carrot, shredded 1-2 red chillies, finely chopped 2 tablespoons lime juice 1 tablespoon fish sauce (or soy sauce for vegetarian) 1 tablespoon peanuts, crushed 

Step 1

Peel and shred the raw papaya and carrot. In a large bowl, combine shredded papaya, carrot, and chopped red chillies. 

Step 2

Add lime juice, fish sauce, and toss the ingredients together. Adjust the seasoning to taste. 

Step 3

Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top and serve immediately.
