No sugar walnut pudding is a healthy dessert that will satisfy your sweet tooth without added sugar. Made with natural ingredients, this creamy treat is perfect for anyone who wants to indulge guilt-free. Here is how to make this guilt-free dessert:
1 cup walnuts 2 cups milk 2 tsp chia seeds 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 ripe banana 1 tsp cocoa powder A pinch of salt
In a bowl, soak the chia seeds in of milk for 10-15 minutes until they swell up and form a gel-like consistency.
In a blender, add the soaked chia seeds, chopped walnuts, remaining milk, mashed banana, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
Add cocoa powder for a chocolatey flavour. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the blended mixture into a saucepan and cook on low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens to a pudding-like consistency.
Pour the cooked pudding into serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Top with chopped walnuts and serve. Enjoy your zero-sugar walnut pudding!
