Eating both tasty and healthy doesn't have to be difficult. This high-protein chocolate mousse is the perfect way to add some protein to your diet while also indulging in this rich chocolate dessert. So, whenever you crave a dessert, try this simple recipe for an irresistible yet nutritious treat.

Ingredients

1 cup silken tofu 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste) 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 1 scoop whey protein powder (chocolate flavour works well) A pinch of salt Optional toppings: sliced strawberries, chopped nuts, or dark chocolate shavings.

Blend Ingredients

In a blender or food processor, combine silken tofu, cocoa powder, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, whey protein powder, and a pinch of salt.

Mix Until Smooth

Whisk the mixture until it's completely smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

Chill
