A Hack For 10 Minute Caramelised Onions

Caramelised Onions can easily level up any dish. Try them on burgers, sandwiches, pizza, or salads, they go with everything. Usually, it takes at least an hour to make them but with this hack, they’re ready to go in 10 minutes flat!

Ingredients

½  onion, sliced 1 tablespoon butter 1 pinch sugar 1 pinch salt 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Step 1

Slice the onion and heat the butter in a thick-bottomed pan.

Step 2

Stir fry the onions for 2 minutes.

Step 3

Add the salt, sugar and balsamic vinegar and stir to coat.

Step 4

Reduce the heat and cook on low for 7-8 minutes more.
