Coffee is the first thing people look for in the morning due to its ability to wake you up and energise you since it is a stimulant. The caffeine present in the beverage is what makes it possible for coffee to act in this manner. But not all coffees are made equal as each type contains a different amount of caffeine in it.

Instant coffee doesn't have the same amount of caffeine as freshly brewed ones. It contains 62 mg of caffeine in a cup of 235 ml of coffee.
This coffee is prepared without heat and it contains 153-238 mg of caffeine in a 355 ml cup.
Decaf coffee is not completely free of caffeine. A cup of 235 ml features about 2 mg of caffeine.
A single shot of latte (60 ml) contains 63 mg of caffeine. It could go up to 126 mg with a double shot.
A serving of 240 ml of freshly brewed coffee features 96 mg of caffeine with each cup.
