Samak Dosa 

Made with samak chawal ka atta aka barnyard millet, this is a healthy and nutritious vrat-friendly breakfast that is commonly made during this time. 

Kuttu Chilla 

The crispy, Indian pancake can be made with kuttu or buckwheat flour instead of gram flour during Navratri. Add to this rock salt, appropriate spices and enjoy. 

Mooli Thepla 

This classic Gujarati breakfast can be made vrat-friendly with grated radish, samak and kuttu atta as well as a few spices. 

Sabudana Tikki
