The classic tandoori chicken never disappoints! Marinate chicken pieces in a mixture of yoghurt, ginger, garlic, garam masala, turmeric, cayenne pepper, and other spices. Let it marinate for a few hours or overnight. Grill or roast in the oven until the chicken is cooked through
