Who says oats are boring? Look beyond oatmeal and overnight oats and you'll discover a world of delicious oat recipes that are savoury and can be consumed for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Oat can make for a hearty and nutrient-rich meal staple if you're creative enough. Here are some ideas

Risotto but make it healthy! Cook oats with broth until creamy and stir in grated Parmesan or cheddar cheese along with onions, garlic, and your favourite herbs.

Mix oats with savoury ingredients like chopped herbs, diced onions, and shredded cheese. Cook like regular pancakes and serve with sour cream or yoghurt
