Preparing tasty and nutritious tiffin meals for your kids doesn't have to be time-consuming. With these quick and creative 15-minute recipes, you can pack a variety of delicious treats that your kids will love.
Spread chocolate sauce on whole wheat bread, and sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon. Assemble the sandwich and cut it into fun shapes.
Top whole wheat bread with tomato sauce, shredded cheese, and quick-cooking veggies. Toast in a toaster oven until the cheese melts
Layer yoghurt with granola and a variety of fresh fruits like berries, kiwi, and mango. Repeat the layers to create a delicious parfait.
