Masoor dal, rich in protein and packed with minerals is a good source of foods for those following a fat loss regime. Here are some recipes that can be made using masoor dal to shed those excess calories while enjoying wholesome, nourishing food.
Make dal tadka with masoor dal and have it with chapati, rice and raw salad for a healthy lunch filled with good quality protein.
Instead of using tur dal, make khichdi using masoor dal which contains tons of fibre that can help to boost gut health and promote healthy metabolism.
