It is impossible to leave out Bengali cuisine when we talk about food. Let us look at some popular Bengali snacks that you must try.

Jhal Muri

The star of Bengali street food, this spicy-tangy-sweet snack is made from puffed rice mixed with raw onions, tomatoes, mustard oil, chilli and lots of spices.

Aloo Chop

This chop, filled with a spicy mixture of mashed potatoes and roasted peanuts covered with a thick batter of besan is your perfect evening snack.

Mutton Ghughni

Leave aside your regular Chhole. Have this chickpea dish from Bengal, with chunks of succulent mutton. Have it with chopped onion to titillate your taste buds.

Nimki
