Kadhi is a gravy-based dish popular in the Northern part of India. This dish has many variations based on the region it is made in and the spices used. Here are 8 different types of Kadhi all over India.

Also known as Rajasthani Kadhi, it’s filled with spices and red chillies. It’s often a part of royal dinners and exquisite Rajasthani Thalis.

Unlike other Kadhis, it’s a bit sweet but the overall junction with the correct blend of spices makes the Gujarati Kadhi very fulfilling. It goes along well with Indian breads and rice.
